 All branches of practice operate via her website(s) and online forms with email follow up. On-demand reception staff is not available due to the nature of her practice

 Continued use of her sites, online forms & email is required. A complimentary text scheduling line is available to established clients for scheduling requests, rescheduling notifications & travel updates

 Prepaid Concierge text packages are available for established clients who wish to have direct text access to Dr. Brown for medical questions and support

 TeLeVET Time may be requested for active patients for telehealth, telemedicine & additional support. TeLeVET Time fees &  restrictions apply

Dr. Browns daily work schedule is dedicated to in-person appointments, safe driving, and TeLeVET Time

 She gives her clients and patients her undivided attention and is unable to answer or respond to phone calls or texts, concierge subscriptions excluded

 Emails requesting general info are redirected back to her sites as answers to all general questions are conveniently found directly on her sites in detail

 All medical questions involving active patient care must be submitted via a patient progress form or TeLeVET request
