Would you like your pet to have Acupuncture and other TCVM treatment options during their appointment?

If YES, appointment options include: 

TCVM Housecall

(TCVM only-no general medicine)

Integrative Housecall

(TCVM & General Medicine options combined)

OR

Soul Puppy Holistic Healing  (Mesa Office: TCVM only-no general medicine-this is not a housecall)

If NO, options include: 

 General Medicine- Wellness & Prevention Housecall (TCVM not included, Wellness only-no active medical concerns)

General Medicine- Medical Housecall (Sick/Injured/Non-emergency) (TCVM not included, one medical concern per appnt)

Quality of Life  Assessment/Second Opinion General Medicine Housecall (TCVM not included)

Would you like your pet to receive Acupuncture AND have the option of performing labwork, obtaining prescription medication, discussing treatment options from BOTH a  General Medicine AND TCVM perspective during the same appointment?

If YES, the appointment option is:

Integrative Housecall

(both TCVM and General Medicine options)

If NO, options include: 

TCVM Housecall

(TCVM only-no general medicine)

OR

Soul Puppy Holistic Healing Mesa office (TCVM only-no general medicine)

Are you concerned about your geriatric pets quality of life but are not ready to say goodbye and would like guidance and supportive care for pet? 

If YES, options include:

Quality of Life Assessment/Second Opinion General Housecall
